Simply follow these 4 easy steps to cash in your gold, silver, platinum, old, rare and numismatic coins; or gold, silver and platinum bullion, bars and rounds. We are Better Business Bureau accredited with an “A” rating so you know you are dealing with someone you can trust.

1. Please contact us BEFORE sending in your items.We will verify that we are interested in purchasing the items that you are selling and will give you a preliminary quote of what we will pay, pending evaluation of your items. Due to the volatility of precious metals, we can only honor our quote through the end of the following business day. If your item is postmarked after that, we may need to revise our quote. We are not responsible for items mailed to us without first contacting us.
2. Print this FORM (PDF). You can fill it in online before you print it.
3. Place the completed form and your properly secured items in the smallest sized box that will accommodate your valuables. Add bubble wrap, newspaper, paper towels or packing peanuts to ensure that the contents shift around as little as possible during shipping.
4. Ship your package via US Postal Service* by First Class, Priority, or Registered Mail. Please be sure to add tracking and insurance equal to the estimated value of your items (based on the quote that we provided). We are not responsible for items mailed without insurance or tracking. Once your package is in the mail, send us an email with the date that you mailed your items and the tracking information so we know it’s on its way.

Upon receipt of your items, we will contact you to let you know that your items were received. Upon your request, we will document the opening of your package with photographs and email the photos to you. Once your items are evaluated, we will contact you with an offer. You will have the choice to accept or reject our offer with no pressure and no obligation.

  • If you accept our offer, we will issue a check within two business days (usually on the same day) for the agreed upon amount, and will reimburse you for your shipping costs (up to $20). Receive free shipping!
  • If our offer does not meet your expectations, we will promptly repackage your items and ship them, insured, back to you, at our expense.**
  • There is no risk to you – you have nothing to lose and cash to gain!
*At this time, we cannot accept packages shipped via FedEx or UPS since they do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We hope to add that feature in the future.
