How does the appointment process work?

During your appointment, we meet with you one-on-one. If you are buying from us, we will listen to your needs, answer any questions you may have and fill your order while you wait.  If you are selling to us, we will inventory your items while you wait in most cases.  Should the nature or quantity of your items require more time, we may need to make other arrangements.  Once your items are inventoried, we will calculate pricing and present you an offer to purchase on the spot.  Please note that there may be some items which we cannot offer to purchase.  Should you accept our offer to purchase, we will provide cash or check on the spot for all transactions under $100,000.  We reserve the right to make alternate arrangements for payment on purchases over $100,000.
